IronWebMail
Use Outlook Web Access or iNotes with confidence
Corporate employees are demanding more and easier access to email
accounts. Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) and Lotus iNotes
offer access to email accounts from any Internet browser. However,
a growing list of security vulnerabilities has kept security administrators
from offering these products to end users. For instance, the Nimda
worm attack exploited no less than 16 different vulnerabilities
in Microsoft's IIS servers, the backbone of Outlook Web Access.
IronWebMail extends IronMail's protection to include webmail
systems such as Outlook Web Access and iNotes. IronWebMail capabilities
include:

HTTP and HTTPS proxy to scrutinize and control all connections
to the webmail server.

Detection and blocking of threats such as buffer overflow
and directory traversal attacks.

Signature-based detection of attacks including Unicode,
hex encoding exploits, and double hex encoding attacks.

SSL support to allow full inspection of both encrypted
and unencrypted traffic.
